Each item is handmade. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

UK Estimated delivery times
FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £50
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-4 business days
Shipping is calculated at checkout
Orders under 0.5kg - £3.60
Orders over 0.5kg - £4.74
I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them.
Pleas allow more time for delivery during busy periods.

Orders are delivered with Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.
We regret we are unable to post to PO Box addresses.

Customs and import taxes - International orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

The customer is liable for the cost of returning any items. They must be returned by Royal Mail signed for service with a tracking number. All goods should be well packaged for posting and in its original new condition with no damage and in perfect condition.

Please note that due to personal preferences, we are unable to accept returns after 14 days on items for which you don’t like the scent or the appearance of.
